Project Participants
The proposed Port Dolphin Deepwater Port will be owned and operated by Port Dolphin Energy LLC, which is ultimately owned by Höegh LNG AS in Norway. Höegh LNG AS is again a part of the Bermuda registered Leif Höegh & Co. Limited, owned by the Norwegian Höegh-family.
In addition to the Höegh companies, several sub-contractors are involved in the project. The main contractors are:
