APL has over 13 years experience in the design, manufacture and installation of submerged turret loading (STL) systems in the United States and at 11 other worldwide locations. The company has been the leader in the development of STL technology designed specifically to withstand harsh climatic conditions such as those found in the North Sea and at depths significantly in excess of those found at the proposed Port Dolphin site.
